Students, Families: Free Concerts & Special PricesApril 5, 2005 The Oregon Bach Festival is pleased to remind you that yes—children and college students are more than welcome at any and all events. Allow us to tempt you with some exclusive ticket prices, available only for young folk: Youth Tickets: Children 6-18 years old can accompany their parents for $12 with purchase of an adult ticket. This is a great opportunity for parents wanting to introduce their kids to Bach and some of the greatest music in the world. Our season also offers concerts for tots, including Little Red Riding Hood, The Steadfast Tin Soldier, and a “Musical Journey Around the World” led by Imani Winds. Tickets for Children’s Concerts are just $5. College students: Come to the Oregon Bach Festival and still afford to eat! We offer you $20 Student tickets—just for you and no one else—for most of our Silva and Beall Hall main events (not including La Pasión Preview, Choral Holiday, and the July 9th organ recital). You can also attend our seven Discovery Series lecture/concerts for $12 dollars each, and get $8 tickets for each of our three innovative Composers Symposiums. Also, don’t forget that there are FREE concerts popping up throughout the season, including three noontime concerts (June 25 & 30, and July 12), and three organ interludes (June 27, July 1 & 6). That’s six concerts for zero dollars! And it all adds up to a great opportunity. |
