June 27, 2010
On July 3 the chorus and orchestra sing Bach, Brahms, and Beethoven.
On July 3 at 8 pm, the Oregon Bach Festival sums up its first forty years with a gala anniversary concert that features more than 200 musicians and a variety of music from Bach to Broadway.
A multimedia history tour bridges the nine numbers of the program, with short videos reflecting on aspects of the Festival’s history.
Following the concert Trio Voronezh, which made its American debut at the 1996 OBF, performs for an open reception in the Hult Center lobby.
