OBF exec elected to regional, national arts boards

Oregon Bach Festival President and Executive Director John Evans has been elected to the boards of Chorus America and All Classical Public Media.

Chorus America serves more than 1,600 choruses, individuals, and businesses in the U.S. and Canada, providing information, research, leadership development, professional training, and advocacy to help them deliver the best possible contributions to their communities and to the choral art. Its 30 board members represent choruses, funders, universities, and business from across North America.

All Classical Public Media operates All Classical 89.9 FM, a nonprofit station with listeners across Oregon and Washington and worldwide over the internet. All Classical has been a media sponsor of the Oregon Bach Festival since 2008.
