Education and Operations Coordinator
University of Oregon, Oregon Bach Festival
Part-time (.75 average FTE)
Provides administrative support for OBF education programs, while assisting the Associate Director for Education and Operations in coordinating other general festival operations; assists the Director of Artistic Administration in coordinating contracts, housing, schedules and other arrangements for the orchestras and choruses. Requires the ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed, especially in mid-summer.This position is half-time during most of the year and full-time April-July.
Must have at least three years of office experience which included two years at full performance level and experience generating documents; and lead work responsibility or coordination of office procedures; advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and database administration experience; valid driver's license and good driving record; strong analytical and creative abilities; excellent organizational skills; classical music knowledge preferred.
