Master Class Auditor Packages

For people interested in attending the class but who aren't able to commit for the duration of the class, auditor fees can be prorated to create a custom itinerary. The packages listed below are designed to bundle key events in the class and festival to maximize your experience. Package 1 - June 27 through July 3 (7 class days, 8 nights) Total Cost: $1,090 (single room), $994 (double) This package includes all of the preliminary seminars from the begining of the class and also includes three of the primary classes where Helmuth Rilling does the bulk of his teaching. You would also attend two of the Discovery Series concerts covering the first two segments of the Passion. Additional concerts included in the package are the Beethoven Missa Solemnis led by Maestro Rilling, and an opera gala featuring soprano Tamara Wilson and OBF Artistic Director designate Matthew Halls. Package 2 - July 2 through July 10 (8 class days, 10 nights) Total Cost: $1,310 (single room), $1,190 (double) This package gets includes the final two primary classes with Helmuth Rilling plus the two corresponding performances. It also includes the the final performance of the work led by Maestro Rilling himself. Other concerts include the Opera Gala, a chamber orchestra concert featuring Midori and Jeffrey Kahane, and the symbollic passing of the baton as Helmuth Rilling and OBF Artsistic Director Designate Matthew Halls each conduct on a program featuring the music of Brahms and Mendelssohn. This package can easily be expanded by adding the B Minor Mass package as well. Package 3 - July 7 through July 14 (4 class days, 7 nights) Total Cost: $805 (single room), $721 (double) This package includes the final lecture class plus the final two performances of the Discovery Series in addition to the full performance of St. John that conclude the 2013 master class. It also includes the B Minor Mass package, so you can be there for the rehearsals and concert of Helmuth Rilling's final performance as Artistic Director of the Oregon Bach Festival.
