Volunteers are a vital part of Oregon Bach Festival’s success. Contributing over 1,200 hours of time and talent during a Festival, our volunteers assisted with transportation, ushering, music marking, flower deliveries, Bach Boutique sales, office reception, and a multitude of other tasks. We are delighted that so many of our volunteers return year after year to share their skills and enjoy the camaraderie of putting together the Festival.

Our primary volunteer tasks are listed below, but other opportunities may be available. If you have a special area of interest, let us know.

Year-Round Volunteer Opportunities:

• Ushering at Chamber Music @ Beall concerts and other special events
• Mailing parties
• Office assistance

Seasonal Volunteer Opportunities:

• Poster distribution
• Office reception desk
• Music marking
• Artist transportation
• Ushering
• Bach Boutique sales
• Flower delivery
• Backstage artist liaison

Gail Norris, our long-term Festival Volunteer Manager will return in late April and will take over all volunteer coordination.
